Please read these Terms of Service carefully and respect them. By commissioning me or using any of my artwork/ made character, you agree to abide by all the rules stated below

I. ART

- I allow to edit the received artwork- my artworks are for personal use only- you are not allowed to feed my art to AI- you are not allowed to claim the made art as your own, please make sure to credit me when posting it somwhere- copying ot tracing my artworks in any way will result a blacklist

II. CUSTOMS & ADOPTABLES

- you are allowed to change/ redesign the received customs & adoptables as much as you like- you are even allowed to draw over my designs and edit them, but make sure to leave the original piece there aswell- You are not allowed to sell the bought character for more than its initial value, unless you add more art, personal art counts too.Im not responsible for any inapropriate artworks made of my designs, e. g. zoophilia, sexual work, abusive, underage

III. COMMISSIONS

- all commissions are only for personal use- I reserve the right to decline a commission if Im not comfortable with it- do not rush or pressure me about your commission at any time, if I fail to deliver the piece until the deadline you are allowed to bump me though- do not request a commission if youre going to ignore me, this will result a block- I do holds / reservations for commission slots for up to one week, failing to pay after reserving a slot or ignoring me will result a warning. After two warnings a blacklist- you can ask for commission pings, I do have an active ping list :)

- FERALS- ANTHROMOPRHIC CHARACTERS- HUMANS- GORE/ HEAVY GORE, BLOOD & SELFHARM- SUGGESTIVE STUFF

WON'T DRAW

- NSFW & CERTAIN FETISHES- MECHAS-LOLI CHARACTERS-PASTEL GORE

IV. PAYMENT

- I only accept upfront payments (commissions)- Payments have to be made in the next 24 hours after commissioning me, otherwise the commission might get cancelled (commissions)- Payments should be done thru PayPal. GnS & FnF is both okay.
I do also accept payments thru Ko-Fi ,the client would have to pay the fee tho (commissions)- Currency is always €, please make sure to convert it beforehand and send the payment in Euros as PayPal takes a convertion fee if send in Usd (commissions)- When paying thru PayPal make sure to prevent mentioning the word "commission", if you wanna leave a note you can just put ur username so Ill know that its from you (commissions)- I don't do refunds (commissions)- Having an active payment plan with me & fail to make payments beyond the agreed schedule and not responding for over a month = cancelled payment plan & no refund (general)

IV. EXTRA

- commercial use has to be discussed beforehand, this would add fee- special arts/ commission types that arent listed on the commission sheet can be always requested (for example; couple arts, super detailed backgrounds (…)- custom commissions arent listed on the commission sheet, as the price depends on what the person wants- you can always offer me a character for any desired type of art as long as it fits the worth, I might be quite picky with the characters tho

I block freely but I'm not unfriendly. Respect my boundaries and I garauntee you'll get along just fine with me.
