Please read these Terms of Service carefully and respect them. By commissioning me or using any of my artwork/ made character, you agree to abide by all the rules stated below
I. ART
If you receive art from me, you're allowed to do with it whatever you like, all Im asking for is a proper credit if you decide to post it somewhere.
You can edit/ draw over it, just please keep the original artwork here aswell.)
I wont tolerate anyone whos feeding my art to AI tho.
II. CUSTOMS & ADOPTABLES
If you get an adoptable/ custom from me, I'm no longer in charge of what the character becomes, you are allowed to edit it, aswell as change the patterns/ colors/ add accessoires or clothes. You are even allowed to draw over my art, just keep the original piece on the character page/ or in a tab and don't claim the original art / design as your own.
Im not responsible for any innapropriate artworks made of my designs, e.g zoophilia, sexual work, abusive, underage
III. COMMISSIONS
Please don't rush or pressure me about your commission at any time. An attempt to rush, or repeatedly ask for updates beyond what I provide, might ban you from commissioning me in the future, and I reserve the right to cancel your commission without any refund, it really stresses me out when someone asks me for an update one day after commissioning me) I try to plan my time and work when I feel like it, since I wanna have a good result for the client at the end 🫶. I maintain and regularly update my commission waitlist, and usually complete all commissions within the agreed deadline. If something comes up tho, I will let you know.
As previously stated, deadlines typically range from 1 week to 1 month depending on the current queue. Until the specified deadline, clients should not worry about the progress or completion of their commission, I will keep you updated. But yea ofc if the deadline is over and you didn't hear anyth back from me, you're allowed to reach out and ask for an update. :)
Payment is always thru PayPal f&f/ friends & family or GnS/ Goods & Services, but please prevent mentioning the word "commission" when paying thru paypal, since it might get me banned. You can write smt like your user @xxx so I'll know that its from you
Payment should be done in the next 24 hours after commissioning me, otherwise it will be canceled and you will get a warning.
Please dont reach out or request a commission if you're going to ignore me later, I will block, its fine if you changed your mind but please lmk.Im comfortable with drawing anything besides too detailed armor or too much tech (its ok if its for the silhouette arts). For NSFW, feel free to ask. Theres a certain limit, so It'd be better to discuss it. Selfharm/ heavy gore pieces are fine for meOtherwise Humans, Ferals, Anthros/ Furries, Monsters 👍
IV. PAYMENT
I only accept upfront payments.
And I usually don't do refunds, except if its a emergency. If so feel free to contact me about it.
I'll consider returning half of the paid amount and you will be banned from buying adoptables from me in the future, as well as commissioning me.
If you ghost me without a proper reason, I'm allowed to sell the character to someone else.
Having an active payment plan with me and fail to make payments beyond the agreed schedule and not respond for over one month, will automatically reserve me the right to cancel the payment plan. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Please remember to keep me updated if you're not able to pay, we will try to figure smt out together.
Please remember that my prices are in euro unless stated in usd :)
